Bloodied Magic gear not being recognized

Before posting here, I did ALLLLLL the suggestions from Reddit aside from creating a new character because no. This season is short as it is. But I removed all my gear, put on all the bloodied magic (blue) gear, removed the transmogs, removed and all the gear AGAIN and put it all back on. STILL cannot get the achievement for Rank 2 in order to complete it. Already completed Rank 3 and 4, but can’t collect any of the completion prizes because stupid Rank 2 isn’t “complete”. Took screen shots showing all the gear says bloodied Magic and it’s all blue AND in all the slots.

lemme guess, you are playing spiritborn, well if you are it wont pop the achievement as this is tied to having an off hand to which the spiritborn does not have

If you are not playing spirittborn, try sorc as i know that works
