I keep waiting for blood lance with the new Gore Quills aspect to be usable. They fixed all the damage from the lances getting blocked but now I saw a video by Struth saying the aspect is using other necro blood orbs even if at great distance and this causes a bunch of other issues. Also explains why it often looks like the summoned lances are coming from offscreen.
Can anyone confirm?
