Blizzard support is not working

Tried to change regions several times for my accounts, and I’m getting one copypasted response over and over again.

Is there actual human that can help, or its all bots now?

Unless you have access to a large megaphone like Whoopi Goldberg, good luck getting a human response.

I’m curious what you’re having problem with. You want to manually switch regions so you connect to a different server or something else? Typically the Bnet launcher will connect you to the nearest server though.

I’m guessing you’ve already been through that? Also keep in mind it is during the holidays, so they may be short staffed during this time.

Click the blue ‘Continue’ button at the bottom. Should send you to another page that asks you to change regions. Then it’ll ask for verification of your account.

Yes this exact page

Battle.net Account Country/Region Change

the “GM” gets a ticket and then marks it as completed.

Since all my water and stuff comes to the name of my landlord i cant f change it.

Have you checked the shop?

Oh. You want to change the Country listed on your account? If you do not have the documentation to prove that you are living in the country you wish to put on your account, then there is nothing that a GM can do. They require the correct documentation proving you (the person registered on the Bnet account) live at that address.

They should have just told you that though. It would have been far easier than sending you in circles.

If the “Country listed on my account” is the country I’m in and want to shop in then yes.

For some reason residence permit is not enough. Cause, y know you cant get residence permit without being registered at address.

It was way easier for my other stuff, I just asked support and it was done. Even easier with Steam, just add funds from new region and that’s it.

Bn accounts is the only thing I have problems with smh.

My last Blizzard CS ticket was about not being able to post in the forums. They told me to post the problem in the CS forums. After about 5 back and forths on tickets and multiple screenshots of not being able to post on the forums, they told me again, to post on the forums.

Finally, after Tuesday maintenance the issue resolved itself. Good luck.

From what I can tell they’re resource constrained. I heard there’s been layoffs.

For example, not familiarising with case history and that showing in responses then going in circles with ever changing reps.
