Joe P said that they are currently aware there are less used or beneficial affixes out there (based on player data and feedback), as an example of one of the major things they’re already actively reworking. And since this is part of a much larger rework, not just removing a few affixes, they’re aiming for S4 for the changes along with many other systemic changes.
If you’re gonna cherry pick single lines and take them out of context of the actual discussion that’s happening, you’re either not listening at all in the first place or you are intentionally trolling, but… Maybe both. This post says way more about OP than it does about Blizz.
