I have a similar issue, about 20% of the time after fast traveling I’ll get a black screen and unable to do anything, though the UI is still showing. Pulling up the Seasonal Achievements with “U” gives me “error 700003”. But other than that when the black screen happens I have to exit game completely, clicking Leave to Menu does absolutely nothing, and I know that when it happened last for me I was disbanded from my party before I ever left the game and right when the bug the happened.
