Mercs on PC can not use their skill points. The menu is all messed up. First reports of this were on before release date. Why is there no fix on such a large component and selling point of the expansion?
Change from full screen to Windows and lower your resolution to see your skill bar. Its not a perm fix but u can assign skills at least
