Logged in to discover that my tokens would be converted to Platinum. I have zero tokens and zero platinum. I’ve restarted the game, I’ve checked my account, and the account isn’t even accurate and does not show my original purchase of the deluxe edition of D4. When will this be corrected? When can I actually play the game like I want to?

Well it took 15 days and 9 tickets to get my 9000 MS points back for the not working Premium Pass 
your lucky they don’t even reply to me
There are 2 different issues. Those who exchanged MS Rewards this season (MS can refund them) and those who had already redeemed the codes before season 8. I had already been holding these codes in my bank before the season, so MS cannot refund me these codes! I did not play last season and I clearly saw 4 premium battle pass tokens in my bank. They transferred only 1 token… I wonder why it’s taking so long to get the others that they owe me.
