I bought an accelerated battle pass for Diablo 4’s new season that just launched and it shows I have it, but it put me back to level one and I’m only at level 13 now. When I first bought it, It let me accept my rewards up to level 20, but then I was back to level one when I checked later. Would just like it updated and fixed if possible, thank you.

Same here. Bought the pass and claimed all 20 tiers yesterday and then this morning it was reset back to 1. No platinum refund or anything… my money just gone.

Am affected as well. On an additional note, the Season interface still remembers though, that the rewards for the first 20 levels have already been claimed. Once unlocked again, they progressed directly to the claimed state.

Same issue here. Ticketed it and received a reply telling me to wait 24 hours. 48 have now passed. Resubmitted the ticket with screenshots. Awaiting a reply.
Not hopeful though there seems to be many people with the same issue over the past year and I’ve only seen one instance of the player receiving any form of positive resolution, which allegedly was credit for a further battle pass for the next season.
It’s a bit demoralising and certainly will impact the decision to purchase further accelerated passes.

I just opened a ticket and it was closed two minutes later. The answer was, for short, tough luck. My platinum is gone and there is nothing i can do.
Bad luck and all that. Really not a good look for blizzard.
Just adding that also lost all my 20 levels from the skip, had actually accepted all the benefits from it and it kept them even reset to 0.
the launcher seems to think i don’t have the accelerator, but the season info page says accelerated pass active.
