Am I missing something? I have no unlock token and it wants me to spend 2800 plat to get the battle pass. or is blizzard just being buggy like normal and they will release it in a couple weeks
I submitted a ticket for this because I didnt get mine either. I watched my brother log in and he got his no problem.

To be honest, I didn’t realize that there was supposed to be a token. I only figured that out after seeing my brother get it so I just used my platinum. Dumb me. This is what they said:
“*have great news! After checking the current season’s setup, I can confirm that your pass is ready and waiting for you. The option to claim it is just tucked away slightly differently in the current UI.
To claim your token, simply log in to your character and head over to the Reliquary tab in the menu. When you select the Battle Pass option that displays “1000 Platinum,” the game will recognize your entitlement and provide a special prompt asking if you’d like to use your Premium Battle Pass token instead. However, since you’ve chosen to use your platinum this time instead, you can utilize the token next season. “*
The problem is I dont see the token at all and now I wont really know until next season. Hope you can get it solved
well at least they are saying they are going to give you a token again lol

Yea. Here’s hoping anyway. Hopefully you cant get it sorted before you spend the platinum. Lemme know if they get it fixed for ya. Im curious.
You gotta click the battle Pass then it says “you have a token to use”
It only works for the mid tier battle pass not the highest one
Yo, same here. i watched like 7 or 8 people have their pet and mounts and the 3,000 platinum I am still waiting for and I already bouth the premium battle pass thinking I never got it went back and checked bank account yup paid for the Ultimate and still haven’t recieved anything
