With Shroud equipped Unconstrained gains a bonus 35% damage (going from 60% to 95%). I’m assuming this is unintentional.
This isn’t something anyone should want fixed, whether intentional or not. Given how insanely they nerfed barb key passives.
Some of us would like to see the vision the people who make our games have. Not try to bend the game to our own vision. So, yes I want it fixed.
And how do you know it wasn’t intentional that they nerfed the key passives so hard because they already knew they were designing a piece of armor that would buff it?
