Azure Wrath does not proc its frozen exploding effect 90% of the time, its gotten to the point where i have footage where i will take a boss to half hp while its frozen, then wait for the proc to finish it off ( it does 110% of the damage i did after freeze ends to the mob) then nothing happens litterally the boss will take 0 damage. next attempt still same thing, third attempt doing the same thing the boss will then pop azurewrath proc and die like its suppose to, this happens constantly and it is severely nerfing all freeze builds, blizzard please fix this.
