im not quite sure about the exact scaling, but just judging from my feeling id say t47 is quite a bit harder than a t100 dungeon.
Of course it became a little harder to obtain damage reduction. You should pay attention to your paragon board, or uniques that offers this for you. Thats also assuming you are dodging the boss abilities that appear in the guardian fight.
