I Have been salvaging Aspects to upgrade, and when i go to my codex they are not upgraded, this is a MAJOR bug i know very well how it works and its broken

Are you aware that max roll aspects only appear on level 800 gear? Additionally those aspects will not always be higher than a 750 rolled gear. It is pretty rare to find a max roll aspect.
No it is a bug i had a max upgraded item salvaged it and it did not show still the same low roll in the blacksmith
same here have bunch of upgrades for my aspect any cant count as upgrade, and didnt upgraded

Thank you for pointing this out! I came here looking for an explanation.
I found a “max” Aspect of Synergy that was 50% [30-50], and when I looked at my Codex it was only rank 16/21. It’s definitely because it was on an item with 750 item power instead of 800. That codex range is [35-55].
Edit: For what it’s worth, this is not how it worked prior to VoH. In previous seasons, you could find a maxed out aspect while leveling on lower difficulties; hence the confusion.
