Aspect of Cursed Aura: does it apply modifiers?

As per topic subject. Does the Aspect of Cursed Aura apply the modifiers or just the basic Decrepify and Iron Maiden skills?

It applies whatever you have on your skill tree just as if you manually cast it yourself.

It sure does. It was one of the best things about it back in s1.
