I’ve broken MOONRISE(almost max) and REDIRECTED FORCE(this one in the max power) aspects and it was not upgraded when I check it in the codex of power or in the occultist!
I, also, have just recently had this problem with the aspect of the Moonrise. It was max and I didn’t get it to show up in the codex. I got it from gambling with the new partners in the den from the Little Girl shop keep. (if that is any help)
Not a bug. User error. Do a search on how aspects work.
