So at the 9am PDT spawn on world tier 2, we didn’t even get Ashava down to 50% on world tier 2 with all level 20s.
On the noon PDT spawn we beat Ashava with all level 20s on world tier 1 with just under a minute to spare.
Seems to me that the balance on world tier 1 is about right for world tier 2. 
We just beat it with 8 20s with 6 mins to spare on world tier 1. Group was rocking though, think only 3 deaths total.
Eh my group had deaths well into the 40 or more.
Don’t expect you can show up as a fresh 20. You do need to gear up a bit with some legendaries.
Yea that sound more like my first group, its def rng on who you get.
Got the kill with 6 seconds to spare on WT1 lol, with all 20s from what I noticed. Is def a challenge with randos.
That sounds like something you should have to do on world tier 3.
World tier 1 should be beatable with a decent number of non-level 20s
World tier 2 should be beatable with all level 20s and standard gear.
World tier 3 should need all level 20s, decent tactics, and a few legendarily.
World tier 4 should need all level 20s, perfect gear, excellent gameplay.
Also just managed to do it with 8 people on WT1 and this time people not dying a lot. Overall if you have people not knowing how to evade his attacks and have a decent build your going to have issues. I normally don’t have a problem myself with this but i don’t think a lot of people are going to like this.
I tried it once on WT2, and didn’t even bother wasting my time with a second attempt. I think a lot of people are in the same boat. We didn’t even get close to dropping it in WT2, it would be an effort in complete futility even attempting it again.
Got it down to just under 50% this last attempt on WT2. I don’t think we are going to pull it off.
I’m not convinced anyone beat it on WT2.
its a stupid weekend beta. that shouldnt be the point.
some juist want do check how the game now is and “test” the server. they dont want to play 10h a day to kill that stupid world boss.
It doesn’t help when legendries are not dropping. I got 1 legendary from gambling, and 1 from Ashava today. Before that 85-90% of my time has been spent in dungeons grinding, and I have seen zero legendries drops there. Inspecting a lot of 20’s and seeing zero legendries is a telling story that something is horribly broken.
You have a lvl 25 boss for lvl 20 characters. Gear up to cover that power gap.
You said it yourself that you are 5 levels under the boss.
Again, that’s something that would be appropriate for world tier 3 or 4.
Blizzard should not be making level 20 characters fight a level 25 boss on world tier 2. They should have lowered the boss’s level to 20 in light of the level 20 cap.
I think if we had more lvl on our belt wt2 would be easier even without legendary gear
