Are passive values important for minion build on ARREATS BEARING? I have GA CDR and not GA maximum ultimate dmg, but only 1167 (834 - 1787) EQ of Korlic
It depends what your CDR in total is. Either you have more uptime or you have more damage per ancient. In general the unique damage stat on the pants is very important for both earthquake and twisters. Don’t underestimate the twisters! ^^

Priority is GA cdr on cota and masterwork on it.
Second and optional is AR
Many go for triple crit ultimate dmg and i also use flickerstep for even more ultimate dmg stacking.
