Arreat's Bearing Unannounced Hotfix Nerf?

All the blue damage affixes on Arreat’s Bearing have been reduced. Previously, they had a higher range—around 22% more. For example, Korlic’s maximum range was 1787. My friend’s damage displayed 1787, while mine showed only 1463. After he relaunched the game, his damage was also lowered. If this isn’t just a visual bug, it represents a significant nerf for summoner barbarians, amounting to about a 22% reduction in affix damage. Barb is currently sitting 5th place on the pit leaderboards out of 6 classes. I have a reddit post about it with the same title, contact me for picture evidence if needed.

Aspects/unique effects with flat numbers isntead of multipliers normally scale with your weapon’s damage so they vary depending on the weapon you are wielding (edited)

I think the real issue here is the fact that there are Skills that you cannot Assign an Arsenal Weapon to in order to force it to use that Weapon Type. Those Skills use whatever the previous Skill’s Arsenal Weapon was and to be quite honest, I am not sure if it is snapshotting correctly as a result (it probably is not).

Regardless if it makes “sense” thematically, it needs to be done.

My Arreats hasn’t changed. That said, I main Dual Wield if that matters.

Ah luckily i use arreat pants just for cota cdr and AR…Ive never cared about them doing dmg
