Armor upgrade UI - material icons continuously play the clicky sound on focus

Repro

  1. Navigate to the armor upgrade view
  2. Select an item to upgrade
  3. Focus one of the materials that appear at the bottom of the view
  4. Keep your cursor on that one material while moving your cursor in a small circle or side to side
  5. Notice that the hover sound will continuously play as you move your cursor
  6. Repeat this on any other item like the armor or anything in your inventory and notice that the sound is only played once, when your cursor initially focuses the item
