Armor 0 help i cant play

Subject / Title: Armor bug – shows 0 Armor even with no equipment and no Chaos Perks

Description:
I am playing Diablo IV on Xbox Series X / S in Season 10. My character’s Armor is showing as 0, even though I have removed all equipment and cleared all Season Chaos Perks.

Steps I took:
1. Removed all equipment → Armor still shows 0
2. Disabled all Chaos Season Perks → Armor still shows 0
3. Restarted the game → Armor still shows 0
4. I have tested in different zones / dungeons → the problem persists

Expected behavior:
Armor should reflect the sum of equipped gear and any active bonuses from perks.

Actual behavior:
Armor remains at 0, even with no equipment and no perks active.

Did you take into consideration the T4 difficulty penalties? Armor -1000, Resistances -100%

Same devs said its only a visual bug but even when i got my armor up to 1700 am still getting random one tapped with full health like am running about naked

same here, after eqp. the chaos armor suddenly my armor is showing 0. in spite of full armor at items. if i put skull - see 240 armor. if i put back my regular armor - everything is fine, ie full armor numbers. not sure if that is a visual bug only…
