Again, you would punish the ones who got them legit? Was it their fault that blizzard screwed up with the drop rate? I would rather let a dozen murderers free, then punish 1 innocent person. I daresay that out of the 140 drops, at least half of them happened to players simply doing a helltide. Move on from this, Blizzard had no way to determine who was guilty or innocent, and punishing those who were innocent is wrong on so many levels. This particular case, the eternal/seasonal exploit, was very easy to determine, and the players got rightly banned.
