1. What difficulty are you on?
2. Is Crossplay enabled?
3. Are you Seasonal or Eternal?
4. Are you in Softcore or Hardcore?

I’m on T4 SC seasonal. Somehow cross play was off. Sorry all. Thank you for all the replys.
