We should get some type of compensation, the amount of dungeon / boss keys used and wasted, the amount of loot and gold not collected and all the pit glyph upgrades missed, potions etc?
So many items down the drain when the game crashes, and we get nothing? … Lucky I don’t play HC (for this reason) couldn’t stand loosing everything.
They can’t even figure out how to do the same renew character feature they had from season to season in D3 20000 years ago. You think they could handle that? 
Wouldn’t expect anything if we’re being honest. Unless the game was down for a week straight where no one could access it, then they might throw in a free cosmetic worth 5 bucks. Aside from that though, all you’ll get is a ‘Sorry, we’re working on improving the game.’
If people are crashing that much they should get something besides a PC grown in Idaho.
Or figure out how to configure it properly.

I mean in season 5 the infernal hordes chest had to give you some piece with GA, but due to a bug it never gave said piece.
