Are there caps about stats?

In diablo 2 there was a caps about damage reduction,hit rating,attack speed etc.

Right now when i try to gear with differents stats or bonuses some of them not even stack,i cant figure out how should i combine them etc.

For example there is a legendary ability which one gives lucky hit chance bonus if i use 2x same bonus they will stack or not?

We need to know about that stats before we make our characters.

The stat system is more or less identical to how D3 worked. Don’t get too caught up in the semantics. It follows the same rules for scaling and what’s important. The only exception is if an item has +1 to a skill you’re using that does damage.

The developers might claim things are different in D4 with items but they really haven’t changed how things work at all. Just increase your attack power if you want to do more damage. Get more Crit and Attack Speed. Simple stuff. Nothing complicated.

Well right now the game is most likely diablo immortal even that stats,extract essence etc.

But my question wasnt that which one i should focus or give. In previous diablo games pc ones there was caps, for example damage reduction was %70 capped even if u wear more it wont effected. Or attack speed , crit chance etc all of them had their own capped numbers which one i dont remember now correctly. But here i should know that whats the max attack speed cap or such a this kind of stats.
