Are the new items for s9 meant to be in PTR?

Where are the new items at that are promised for S9? Nothing spawning for necros in the demon crates you get in town, looking for those fancy gloves.

Others in the game chat seem to be having problems finding them also.

I am on Druid, I know the new Druid unique is in the game. So it might be just the gloves.

Finding pairs on Belial kills, Andy choice, drops.

Necro gloves don’t drop from the PTR booster cache for some reason. I did gamble and get them (non-GA) and I hear they drop from Duriel as well. Seems pretty stupid though.
