Yeah I donāt really care to login at the moment, but part of that is due to the fact I am waiting for season. I stopped playing the day before the patch and since then I havenāt felt a reason to log back in outside of the mandatory login for map completion.
The patch really helped me decide to speedrun the battlepass and quit until next season.
i logged on to see the damage done to my sorc. 2 minutes of a 49 sigil and ive decided im not playing until they fix the damage they have done to sorc.
Lol, you hit the nail on the head. After playing last night and seeing how much worse the game got, today, I have no desire to even log in. I did finally hit 100 with my barb spin to win, but spinning for 2 min on trash mobs isnāt what I consider fun. I play in a group of 4, and with the mob hp increase and the player damage decrease, vs elites, I just sat there spinning and you could not even notice their healthbars go down. Had to wait til one of the other classes came to kill them. The joke was, Season 1 is going to be over by the time I kill that elite.
Was really looking forward to something like Diablo 1, 2, and 3, but fresh and new. Guess thatās not what the current folks at Blizzard were aiming for, so ya, hard for me to want to even log in now.
My biggest hesitancy to play right now is because I know a new season is starting tomorrow. So I have to do everything again starting tomorrow anyway.
I havenāt logged on since early access.
And you gotta do it again slower, and with less damage.

Yeah, canāt say I have any desire to login at all. At this point Iām really only sticking around because the forums are absolutely hilarious in light of the devs taking an Amber Heard on the bed.

I really tried to log in.
I have three 100 characters and I logged in with every one and did one dungeon. Everything got nerfed and even my affix rolls changed. I simply canāt play the game anymore, even if I want to.
Nothing is fun anymore.
My Tempest Roar Druid is just horrible now that everything stuns you when you try to get close + everything is reduced like 50 %, from dps to survivability.
My 100 Twisted Balde Rogue is unplayable with my horrible rerolled gear. I would need to grind a complete new gear set to be useful again. Keep in my everything is nefed 50 % as well.
My 100 Necro got the same 50 % buff AND especially the resource nerf with horrible rerolls hit my Necro hard. I would need to re-gear everything again to be only half as strong as before.
For me itās literally over. I simply canāt log in. My time is simply better spend with other games or other stuff to do.
Before Diablo 4 I always thought that there is no bad game, only bad players who simply donāt learn the game good enough. After 3 100 characters with near bis gear before the patch I can finally say that Diablo 4 is just a bad game after the patch and for me unplayable.

Logged in yesterdayā¦ Tried a NMD T56ā¦ Was unbelievably hard (at lvl 93 barb) and most of all: NOT FUN. Checked all my gear and statsā¦ sighed a bitā¦ Tried looking for a more interesting passive than hamstring/no mercy since those are dead now tooā¦ Tried another T52 NMD and just logged off in the middle.
Didnāt even bother logging in todayā¦ I was looking forward to the patch and S1 and now I donāt even want to play the game anymore. Itās like the goal of this patch was to purposely make people despise the gameā¦
Not even sure Iāll be starting S1 tomorrow at allā¦

I played for 2 hours yesterday after the patch on my lvl 100 sorc. My hope was that the patch would let me push NMD 80+ with skilled play and some luck but I logged as soon as I got deleted by corpse bow in lvl 62 Betrayers Row multiple times. I wonāt login again and am instead finishing TOTK and Jedi Survivor.
I had no desire to login even before the patch, so not much has changed, and wont be logging in.
After last nightās anemic Helltide events and NM dungeon runs, I ended up shutting down D4 and binging on a few Netflix animeās.
Right now I still have to catch up on OW2ās summer event since it ends in less than a week, but the desire to play D4 has dramatically faded in light of its nerf bat blood bath.
I logged in yesterday after patch to ātransferā my altars and maps and such to the season. I played 15 min on my necro alt, tried a helltide, went into a dungeon, then logged. Absolute boredom.
Yep. First time since launch I havenāt logged in at all.
yep i totally dont have any incentive anymore for grinding bs items that is more tedious
I hit 100 about two weeks ago and stopped playing. Yesterday I thought I was going log in and toy around. Then I read the patch notes and didnāt. Likely wonāt. Wish starfiekd was coming out sooner than September. For now will just spend free time preparing for a half marathon I am running in 4 weeks.
I literally did the same thing. The only reason I am even going to check out season 1 is because I already paid for it. Aside from that, I have already been looking for something else to entertain myself with.
Havenāt logged in for like 3 weeks, planned on coming back for S1 but why would I? Nothing has improved, if anything its gotten worse.
