I code a fair bit. Not for video games, but in general. I can’t for the life of me even venture a guess as to why I automatically load every player’s stash all the time, every time I run across someone else in the game (assuming I was still playing the game).

If you have experience, what could possibly be the explanation?

Blizzard let the intern code that bit and didn’t bother testing or code reviewing.

That really is the only explanation.
