i got one with a life steal greater affix and got triple masterworking crits to end up with it sitting at 5.4% life steal, and it literally isnt noticeable, so I ended up having to research it to find out it doesn’t work.
It apparently has diminishing returns based on monster level, which the tooltip says nothing about. At monster level 200 (endgame content) the life steal is 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000007902%. So nothing essentially, a wasted stat. Will get more healing from the undying legendary aspect than this uber unique lol.
Truly disappointing.
