Perhaps this is a bug for source of damage? The novas no longer count as dealing an additional elemental type damage.
This actually still works as intended, but the nova that you see on the enemy is not applying poison, the actual nova is still around your character.
I think he talking about the Poison Element not proccing a stack for Tals. I cant confirm as I’m using starless atm.

that is wrong. Andariels still procs poison for Tal Rasha - the proc just does not appear at the visual (=the target), but it is still proccing around the player.
just confirmed at test dummy.

When I have just tested, I see the nova go off, I tested also with multiple dummy settings in case the target is not affected and only surrounding. In both scenarios my tal rasha stack remains at 1 total. With no number showing on the buff bar. When I cast an additional element I see it move to 2. But if I only rely on the single spell and Andarials I do not get the second stack currently.
Maybe it’s just me an a local bug.
Edit: FWIW i show the nova around the target dummy instead of me visually.

Yes, I can still stack it. The problem is, the VISUAL of the andariels proc appears on the dummy, but it is ACTUALLY still proccing (invisibly) around your character.
If you stand next / in range of the dummy while testing, you will see the Tal Rasha stacking.
Basically the functionality of Andariels is sill pre-patch, only the visuals are new.
Thank you for the reply. Wow, that is a crazy outcome of what is bugged from the patch.
The proc on the target is only visual and the 50% buffed damage is also not working as well.
