Does a temper of chance of any basic skill also have a chance to proc the poison nova?
Why does the current ‘meta’ build guide not pick chance for puncture to cast twice and instead use Caltrops duration? Is it just for bossing needs?
I dont think so, the Temper for “Blight chance to cast twice” does not trigger Ebonpiercer for example.
Caltrops duration is a way higher multiplier uptime than chance for Puncture to cast twice, even with the chance of it to procc Andys.
Caltrops damage multiplier gets higher over time and is more valuable than proccing Andy more. However, according to streamers, that Caltrop Duration temper was bugged and will be fixed in Season 5.
What POS build guide are you following? All the build guides I’ve seen do temper Chance for Puncture to cast twice.

Xarrio’s build most certainly uses the Puncture temper. It’s on the bow/xbow.

Looks like the mobylitcs build and the maxroll build are different and the maxroll one indeed has puncture on the bow. Thanks for pointing to the right slot to review.
