Damage while Berserking - as not every barb is berserk build, changing it to something more general would be better (e.g. Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies.

The unique affix should be changed from “Enemies hit by Steel Grasp are [Slowed]” to “Enemies hit by Steel Grasp are [Stunned]”, because The Butcher also using the same skill that applies stunning effect.

Damage to Bleeding Enemies - as the effect will change from [Slowed] to [Stunned] mentioned above, it is better to change to Damage to Stunned Enemies
if blizzard change it to stun it’s gotta be a Lucky Hit below 30%. Not worth it. I would take an Immobilized over a Slow. But seems that’s just too much CC for barbarian.
The unique affix needs to stun and increase the damage affected enemies take with a huge multiplier in order for it to be viable.
All uniques should have crit, vuln, strength, with the 4th affix synergizing with the unique affix. In this case, if it stunned, it should be damage to stunned enemies. The flex mod (4th affix) on uniques should have higher values than what is attainable on regular items.
This is the only way uniques can actually be “build defining/changing”.
They have to provide more power and synergy than what is attainable with a rare and an aspect.
Right. All unique items should have 1 extra affix which is either [All Stat +X] or [Primary Stat +X].
I don’t think it should have an extra affix, they should just have 3 out of the 4 mandatory affixes by default. The 4th affix should synergize with the unique affix and have a higher value/range than rares and legendaries.
It makes sense.
Ancient Oath shouldn’t even be a unique. It should just be a legendary aspect.
