Absolutely. I’m running around on T3 clearing all the strongholds, and after 3 so far (2 in FP and 1 in Kej), I’ve only seen 3 ancestral pieces of gear despite using the Increase Equipment drop seething opal. All 3 bricked, I used the scroll to temper them again, and they all bricked again.
