After getting the cache from the lunar new year vendor, you cant open it. It says you need to complete the undercity: sihek mission but I’ve done that and well into endgame

Same issue here on PC. I have all expansions and can enter Kurast Undercity, but game claims I need to finish a quest

yeah having same problem completed deeds but no way to do seasonal quest because he’s not there

By the looks of it everyone has this problem including me. A guy who has completed every quest in the game. And there is no way you or someone else hasnt done it since its a priority quest. Just blizzard things i guess…

Having the same issue. This is a useless reward at this point. Also I had to restart the lunar quest like 6 times. What is happening with this? Fix this Blizzard.

YEP. Borked total - instantly clogged my inventory with caches - utterly appalling QA / QS failure!
