I pre purchased vessel of hatred and recieved the in game bonuses. but the day after launch, Alkor disappeared from my wardrobe inventory. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. when i search on the marketplace, it shows i dont even own the preorder bonuses anymore. ive since heard that many players are experincing the same or similar issue. hope this can be fixed soon
