I had held hope that the developers would clearly see clear as day how much necromancer summons and wolves perform.
This game isn’t for me it seems, minion builds are absolute F tier dumpster tier.

Cooldown of the active, that’s super not at all tangible.
They are hitting less than 100 damage base on a character with over 5.5k offensive stat

Did you see how they buffed Druid resource generation? They added 1 extra point of spirit generation to the builders.
But didn’t touch spenders at all, you know what’s that going to do for druids? Nothing.

Pure summoner necro is not bottom tier on any of maxrolls tier list, and is above a handful of builds on each list lol

I’m sure more balancing will be coming. Granted I’m not one of those Tier 4 lvl 90+ guys. But at tier 3 lvl 53, my summons are doing great with some shadow spells.
What are you talking about? Minion builds are S tier easily. I have many friends who play minion necros without a single issue. Great AOE, very tanky and has awesome dps.
If you read the notes they did adjust summoning necro they made the minions not as stupid by having them always target enemies with the a curse on them so you can now somewhat better control them

What World tier? Seeing them regularly be effective at WT3, but keep hearing necro minions struggle at WT4.
If you are having issues then re make your build, make sure you have good perks and stats on your gear. Ignore those stupid sites that have builds on them, those builds are trash. They are not designed for bosses or fun, they are made to speed run dungeons in order to level up a.s.a.p. Those tier builds will never be as strong as a build you make yourself.
