Outside infernals its 100+ but in one… 15.

Latest drivers and new BIOS concerning CPU temps but all temps during this were stable.
Anyone else? Also it crashes now a bit.

I have the game capped at 100 fps. It drops to 70ish in hordes when a lot of AoEs are happening.
Pretty much same performance as before.
7800X3D, Radeon 6800, 32 GB RAM, 1440p.
Funny thing is the first 2 waves were 15 fps then 3rd was 100. 4-5 was 25 and the last was 100.
So wonky. And even at the end of those low fps waves with nothing going on it’d stay at 15 or 25. So it’s not a settings or graphical issue. Some kind of leak.
same thing here, starting a new IH or teleporting to a town, the first 15 seconds are always with low fps…after that is normal again…this bug started with the recent patch…when i make tormented boss rotation is a living hell, cause im constantly teleporting into new zones, and the fps drop is contant, literally unplayable.
