Adding Torment 5 and 6 as potion to make endgame content more difficult

Right on.
“Additional Difficulty” was a major part of the S6&7 narrative but Folks asking “Slap on Torment 5, 6, 7 etc!”
They don’t(seem not to)consider the ramifications and are often a bit shortsighted.

ie. Adding more Tiers further divides the Playerbase.
Why do such a thing when a Pre-existing mechanic will pretty much solve…well everything in that regard?
Any ideas presented have to take in a multitude of factors and often it seems they’re a tad … myopic.

(Note: Not that the OP did this - solid idea. they just used relative “Torment” language to illustrate their idea just as I use Pit as the metric because that’s the language the Devs use.
Torment is, at this point, only relative to Pit difficulty after all)
