Purchasing the D2 “Reign of the Warlock” add-on is supposed to reward you with a wing ornament and a pet in D4, but so far the rewards just don’t exist and there is nothing I’ve seen that suggests they are fixing this bug or addressing it. Anyone have any word or info? I’m on PS5, and both my in game, my console, and my battle net extensions all say I’ve got this purchased but no rewards from it.

I purchased this the day of release through ps5 console…still nothing no matter what I do. I can’t find a sensible solution anywhere either. A solution would be much appreciated.
I have the same thing. Been waiting for 2 days. My ticket hasn’t been answered for a full day now. I’ve read somewhere in a blue (Blizzard) message on a forum that it has been fixed but sadly I still have no rewards. Outrageous in my opinion. At least they can give us some kind of compensation for this nonsense. We’re living in 2026 for crying out loud!
