My action bar is greyed out on eternal and seasonal characters. I have unloaded all armor on both, quit game, restarted. nothing is working. Tried scan and repair as well
You should equip weapons…
Don’t you have a certain aspect that makes all base skills cost some energy? So if you start a 0 you have to get some to be able to skill.
let me try a few different ones, all the action bars are greyed out, even on different characters, i reset game play controls as well.
