Account-Wide Tempering Manual Lockout at 17/187 Recipes

Hello, I am experiencing a severe, game-breaking tempering manual lockout bug on my account.

My main character is currently at Level 60 (Paragon 240), but my Collections tab states I am completely stuck at exactly 17 out of 187 tempering recipes. Manuals have completely ceased dropping across my entire account.

  • Class: Barbarian (Whirlwind build)

  • The Issue: I am completely missing vital base recipes like Sandstorm Augments and Berserking Finesse.

  • Troubleshooting Done: I have farmed dozens of Whisper Caches, Helltides, Torment bosses, and even created a brand-new alt character. No manuals will drop anywhere on my account.

It appears my account’s smart-loot flags are frozen, treating my collection as complete when it is not. Could a forum moderator or support agent please look into forcing a manual loot-flag reset for my account? Thank you.

the blood maiden can drop those. and it’s not unusual to see those drop more after you hit level cap.

edit: i’m also pretty sure temper manuals aren’t part of the loot filter. even if you miss picking up temper manuals they will appear in your overflow stash tab.
