After having my support ticket closed I was told to… Make a forum post. Well, like everyone else with the issue I spent platinum on the accelerated pass and claimed my 20 tiers. Next time I logged in I was back to level 1.
I see posts going back a year with this issue and it still isn’t fixed and I get shutdown by GM’s and told to make a forum post. Cool customer service blizz.
