Hey all, I think maybe I’m doing something wrong here. It appears to me that I cannot proc the CDR from Abhorrent Decrepify.
I’ve seen the videos and I see it drop like a stone for many, but for me it’s a big nothing burger, I am waiting the entire Cooldown for my Bone Storm, Blood Mist and Corpse Tendrils.
What are these “hits” the tooltip refers to, cause none of mine seems to do anything.
