When attempting to access Abandoned Shack area, all that happens to a bunch of us is an infinite loading screen until you have to ALT-F4.
I’m also bugged on this quest.
I think the game state is bugged because I entered the shack before the NPC.

We did it after. Didn’t matter. A lot of these quests bugged. Nice update.
Also have the same issue. Infinite load screen.
Not sure if this will work for others, but a friend went into another dungeon area and then was able to get into this one. Not sure but worked for us.
