In all Blood Harvest areas, the large “blood fountains” give 8 blood bottles. However, They are buried “Under the fountain” so we cannot collect them. Move from the immediate area and the leaf remains on screen showing items left. Returning to fountain shows all bottle counts but still no way to retrieve them.
