One of the many reasons Rod fails. He doesn’t know how to identify and develop customer personas… and apparently he hasn’t hired anyone who knows.

I heard his interview before, but he has nothing to add in value or helpful insight. Same interview topics, however the person in charge for expansion does know so much more.

And his answer why they are now making Roadmaps for DIV is, cause in Diablo Immortal Roadmaps have increased player count without changing anything. But he has probably way more to do with administrative work, than he has with the vision of Diablo IV

he shouldn’t have said “lore nerds” to refer to supporters of the diablo franchise. he has forgotten that he himself is the one responsible for materializing this lore.

Hmm.

First question from Destin Legarie in the IGN interview (9:15-12:15). Wasn’t really answered in the context it was asked. Not sure the premise of the question was really understood.

Same point coming to mind for me on wings in the 2800 plat thread. Feels consequential and appears it’s sticking with the title through its history.

Every time this guy opens his mouth I lose faith in humanity. He really just does not get anything but “how do we fool those idiot gamers into giving us more money?”.

They would do themselves a favor by not letting this guy speak anymore. He has done enough damage as it is. I am done with the cheap gimmicks and senseless babbling.
