The disconnection issue this season is definitely on Blizzard’s server. It’s different from a regular client disconnection. If it’s your PC or ISP’s fault, the game will hang for several seconds before realizing it’s been disconnected (probably after several retries before timing out). This new disconnection error happens very spontaneously: the game is perfectly responsive one second, and the next, a pop-up appears, and you’re out.

If it is definitely on Blizzard’s server than it would be effecting everyone. But it’s not…
