The Occultist coupled with the sheer amount of Affix Bloat in this game is terribly designed.
Welcome to D4 and bad design 101 - feature: ‘Occultist. Player Agency and crafting but not really crafting’.
And no…with the amount of time investment some make, the fact we have alts to build and the length of Seasons - there’s no problem whatsoever having some degree of control(ie. Player Agency) to get a perfect/desired roll on an item.
It won’t break the game, but this system will break a Player…in spirit.
