Spirit born, vehement brawlers jungle thorn. Has gain 2 additional Ultimate skill ranks. But doesnt actually give them to me
I noticed this when I initially wore it while gearing my Rogue whose Ultimate is Death Trap. It didn’t update the ranks at first but eventually it did maybe after re-log or some other spurring event…
I kept checking the skill tree periodically. Once it worked, it didn’t stop working for me.
