1 billion exp per hour - how to level to 300 easily

I know some people really into this kind of sweats but I almost spit my coffee

For once I find myself agreeing with you

It is crap like this that makes the game unfun. The grind shouldn’t need a group blasting to get over it. The endgame loop should be the loot hunt, not grinding out XP, that is what leveling is for.

Endgame should be about finding loot, then finding the same loot but with better stats. That is why I feel mythics should drop more frequently, but have a wider stats value on them so we actually have something to hunt for, with a quad ancestral having perfect stats on drop. That should be the loot hunt and the endgame.

Got a link to the build? I’m tired of Quill Volley.

Im using the quill speed build to do 110s in 3 to 4 min right now carrying 3 ppls for funzies with free power leveling.

For me, playing with a good group of friends definitely makes the grind feel less grindy. There is nothing like bsing in chat to hide the grind in a game compared to playing solo. Maybe listening to music is close but I still think banter with friends is better. In saying that, I mostly play solo. The friends I had playing this game have stopped playing. I play occasionally with a few people from the forums who are fun.

I mostly have stopped playing to as there is nothing more my character can do besides get 300 paragon or push pit to 150. Maybe get some cosmetics from the co-op dungeon. Other than the cosmetics, I am not really interested in the other two things. There is no point. Not when its wiped anyways. The only thing that would make the game more fun is more fun content and more fun loot drops. Sorry but I am not running pits like 1500 more times just to level paragon. Thats not fun engaging gameplay to me. Im not lucky enough to get good loot drops and im not playing the game like that just to pray for them.

As for 10 second difference… that may not seem like much but it adds up when you are doing pits into the 1000s.

I realize we don’t have to be at peak efficiency at all times, but when Helltides, NMDs, Undercity, Realmwalker, etc etc all give a third or less per time investment as compared to Pit and Hordes it really narrows you down. Why can’t these other areas be balanced to be more inline to vary endgame play?

I don’t know, man. This sounds like a job just to get paragon points. The entire journey should be fun and shouldn’t take that long.
Seasons are 3 months long. I would like to be ‘‘done’’ with my main (P300, maxed aspects, a lot of mats, etc) by the start of the 4th week, that way I can spend the next 2 months on alts and trying off-meta stuff.

I understand people want to grind, but I don’t want to ‘‘grind’’ for power that I will only enjoy for 2 weeks before the season ends.
I said this before in other thread and after reading this post I probably will go this route: Will wait until season ends so my paragon adds and I will start playing way less the game and always on Eternal. I am not enjoying all this grind for a season that lasts 3 months and I am supposed to be as powerfull as I want only for a week or two before the reset. And with seasonal mechanics so boring as the Realmwalker they are making it very easy. Hopefully they will leave Eternal alone after this season.

I agree but I also think its ok to have this grind in the game for the sweats. The problem with it is the content is not fun enough to hide it. Striving for loot drops, like you say is a fun way to hide it.

Mythics are pretty poor state this season. Other than a few of them, Ancestral and Unique gear is king this season. While I agree them dropping more would make the game feel more fun, it’s kinda in a sitaution where if it drops that it doesnt really matter. I just did 40 bosses again today. Zero mythics and only 2 legendary runes. Not a single useable GA unique either.

I feel I am better off leveling to 300 than starting another class and hope to get max aspects. By the time that happens I am probably 300 already lol

They need to buff the xp from other activities so you don’t need to do one thing 400,000 times to be efficient in any way shape or form.

It was the old evade that I used. The Seeker variant maxroll (dot) gg/d4/planner/345v5052

I am not using TM since I am using it on anmy LS sorc instead I am using a 2GA chest with Binding Morass and Yen’s blessing to make up not using TM. Then on my pants I don’t use interdiction since I am not concerned about defence so I use wildbolt. I have a dex GA sepazontec but I focus at least two crits on chance for double dmg. Then I use the same(ish) paragon points but since I have 286 I pick dmg and non physical dmg nodes and picked up some extra barrier gen nodes.
I went way off the path lol. But like I said, I basically just spam evade and speed through a 65 without stoping. The goal is to not have to spend time on any mobs. I was originally doing this in 70 but since the event allowed me to shave off some time while still getting more xp I moved to 65.

You may want to look at the new variant they have up too. I just did not see any reason for me to bother changing things around.

Hope this helps.

My next SB build I want to try is crushing hands, I hear its pretty fun!

Any tip for solo players? What build do you recommend?

Now now if you want fun you need to shove tooth picks under your fingernails while your doing it!

While I completely agree this is probably the fastest way to hit 300, its more like 666 million XP an hour. Blizzard loves throwing that number at us.

Personally I recommend freshly squeezed lemon in the eyes!

Nothing says “fun” like possibly causing irreversible damage to your eyes!

You want speed.

I’m using the old seeker evade build with some tweaks.
Mostly due to that I already had a toon geared for it.

But I just was shown a vid with a new evade search 90 k crit evade D4. It’s a Rob2628 build.

That movie was the best! So many, many excellent scenes lol.

And after you finish leveling to 300 just a few hundred more runs to level that glyph you skipped on your way to 300. Super efficient.
