If this is referring to ‘I log in and cannot see the World Boss spawn location’ - this has been a bug for nearly as long as I can remember.
FIX: Go to a different Way Point and the World Boss should show up on the map.
(*note: I’ve reported this for a long time and there’s still no fix. Same happens with Legions occasionally)
Also: There’s a notification telling us “World Boss spawning soon in insert Region” - we all know where the spawns are, just head to it.
